PNH escorts 109 fuel trucks

On Tuesday, the Haitian National Police (PNH) escorted 109 fuel trucks which were supplied to the Vareux terminal. The police also made sure that the trucks went safely to the various stations in the capital.

End of the run for 4 criminals

Monday June 21, 2021, 4 individuals identified as Jean Molière Louis Charles, Vile Donald and Jean Baptiste Mackenson were arrested by the Belladère Police when they were trying to cross the border illegally with the Dominican Republic. Two of them were actively wanted by the Police. The first, Vile Donald is a member of the "Nan Remi" gang accused of kidnappings, robberies and assassinations including that of an Inspector assigned to the Traffic Department. The second, Jean Baptiste Mackenson, is accused of involvement in assassinations in downtown Port-au-Prince.

3 defeated crooks arrested

The named Sorry Sédic, Dunel Julien and Frantz Jérôme were arrested on June 21, 2021 by police officers assigned to the Camp-Perrin police station for blackmail, followed by death threats on the person of André Dorléus from whom they demanded $50.0000 ransom not to be kidnapped. Police apprehended them as they were about to receive the demanded ransom.

A forger escaped from prison arrested in DR

The named Lamartine Jean Glaure, arrested for forgery and use of forgery, escaped from the civil prison of Croix-des-Bouquets, was intercepted in the Dominican Republic and transferred to the Judicial Police via the border of Malpasse on Monday June 21, 2021 and returned to civilian prison on the same day.

PNH : Truck hijacking, 2 arrests, one dead and one injured

The Haitian National Police (PNH), during a strong intervention in Bon Repos (commune of Croix-des-Bouquets), arrested 2 individuals; another was fatally injured and a last shot in the arm in the exchange of fire with the police. These thugs are involved in the hijacking of a freight truck at Croix-des-Missions. Police are actively looking for the suspect with injured arm.
