Haiti - FLASH : Rain of reactions on the assassination of President Moïse (Part 1)
President of Chile Sebastián Piñera :
"We reject the cowardly assassination of the President of Haiti, Jovenel Moïse and his wife,"

Colombian President Iván Duque :
"Colombian President Iván Duque condemns the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse. The Colombian President expresses his solidarity with Haiti following this assassination and reiterates his support for institutions and democracy in Haiti"

Boris Johnson Prime Minister of the United Kingdom :
"I am shocked and saddened at the death of President Moïse. Our condolences are with his family and the people of Haiti. This is an abhorrent act and I call for calm at this time."

Tsai Ing-wen, President of Taiwan (Republic of China) :
"On behalf of the people and government of Taiwan, I would like to offer my condolences on the passing of Haitian President Jovenel Moïse. We remain in solidarity with our ally Haiti during this difficult period."

Mexico :
Mexico conveyed its deep condolences to the Haitian people on Wednesday morning for the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse and expressed strong condemnation of the violence, through a message from Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard.
