But above all, it was for Meniol Jeune, the Director General of the Ministry responsible for the organization of these exams, in view of the current difficult context, to underline "[...] the good progress depends on the civic commitment of the whole population. It is up to everyone to make it easier for the pupils and to favor the interests of these young people who would like to have the opportunity to undertake the exams in an environment protected from disturbances and violence and to continue their school career." Taking into account the climate of violence in Martissant, the Ministry adopted a mechanism allowing candidates from the southern zone of the West Department to stay at Carrefour in order to take their tests, "A center has been opened as a result," said Etzer Vixamar Director of Training and Development. Accompanied by directors Renan Michel (National Office for State Examinations - BUNEXE), Thervil Pierrin (Directorate of Basic Education), Etzer Vixamar (Directorate of Training and Development) and Maxime Mesilas (Directorate of Secondary Education), Meniol Jeune reminded candidates once again that they are required to scrupulously respect the instructions issued by the Ministry. He placed particular emphasis on the obligation to wear a mask, uniform, penalties relating to flagrante delicto of the offense of fraud and the prohibition to enter an examination center with a weapon, regardless of his nature. Regarding the errors sometimes noted in the forms, the Director of BUNEXE informed the candidates that in the event of an error identified in their names and date of birth on the form, they will have a form at their disposal which, once completed with the correct information, with a copy of their birth certificate, the correction will be entered in the database of the Ministry.
