This political agreement initiated by Henry, signed on September 11, 2021 by the Executive Power, parties and groupings of political parties and civil society organizations https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-34722-haiti-flash-the-radical-opposition-sdp-signs-the-agreement-for-peaceful-governance-with-pm-henry.html This agreement comprising 29 articles, maintaining Ariel Henry in his role of Executive Power as stipulated in Article 2 : Pending the reestablishment of the Presidency of the Republic, the Council of Ministers, headed by the Prime Minister, fully and effectively exercises the Executive Power, as defined by the Constitution."
