The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a note dated October 4, 2021 informs the interested parties that the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco has decided to grant scholarships to Haitian students wishing to continue their studies in Morocco for the academic year 2021-2022.

Baccalaureate holders who wish to apply must meet the following conditions:

Be under the age of 24;

Have completed their secondary studies at the earliest in the 2019-2020 academic year with a minimum of 6/10 average in the BAC II or the single Bac;

Be of Haitian nationality and hold a valid passport;

Have their extract from the archives or their birth certificate legalized;

Have their graduation diploma and their transcripts legalized;

One (1) recent ID photo.

Individual applications will be received at the Haitian Ministry of Foreign Affairs located at 5A, Musseau, Delmas 60 until **Wednesday, October 6, 2021 from 8 a.m. to 3 a.m.

** LAST MINUTE:With reference to the note of October 4, 2021 relating to the selection process for beneficiaries of scholarships offered by the Moroccan authorities for the academic year 2021-2022, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs us that two (2) additional days are allowed for the reception of the application files, ie until Friday, October 8, 2021.

The Ministry specifies that "the rapid processing of this file is due to the deadline set for October 10, 2021 by the Moroccan Government regarding the submission of beneficiary files." In a correspondence from Morocco it is also indicated that the beneficiaries must arrive in Morocco by October 20, 2021 at the latest.

A selection competition will be organized on Saturday, October 9, 2021.
