Kidnapping : 3 police officers arrested

Arrest last weekend in the North department of three police officers assigned to Port-au-Prince and another individual identified as Wolwill Viau. They are accused of involvement in an attempted kidnapping against Sadrac Etienne in the commune of La Victoire.

The Haitian State "the best structured gang in the Caribbean"
