The project aims to advance the vision of President Luis Abinader, presented in January 2021 and part of the bilateral agreement in point #2 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-32758-haiti-flash-9-joint-commitments-between-haiti-and-the-dominican-republic.html , to offer solutions to health problems in Haiti with the support of international organizations and non-governmental organizations. "What is interesting about this project is that it uses doctors from the Haitian medical diaspora based in the Dominican Republic and the United States, thus giving Haitians effective solutions for Haiti," pointed out Dr. Báez.
