Thursday April 14, 2022, as part of the Easter period and the traditional week of pilgrimage to the Citadelle Laferrière, the Directorate of Tourist Police (PoliTour) launched its first Equestrian Brigade at the National Historical Park in Milot.

The implementation of this new brigade within the PoliTour North Detachment is part of the efforts of the High Command of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) aimed at strengthening the level of security of the tourist destination of the North, strengthening which must take into account the reality of the terrain in the National Historical Park.
