Aged 36, Calderon holds a position of High Performance Coach within FIFA and in this capacity, he has contributed to the analysis of 57 Federations with a view to developing performance reports on the football ecosystem at both youth and senior level. During his mandate in Haiti, which begins this month, Calderon's mission consists of : 1 - Supervise the National Technical Department; 2 - Help the National Technical Director to organize his staff; 3 - Advise the FHF in all football aspects, all categories combined; 4 - Set up, together with the National Technical Department, a certification program for trainers for the next 6 months; 5 - Perform the classification of coaches with prerequisites in D1, D2, League, Football School or youth football; 6 - Sharing of information on all FIFA activities in this area; 7- Provide information on a regular basis when revisions are made to football regulations.
