In order to reconstitute the National Technical Directorate, the Standardization Committee (Supervision of the Haitian Football Federation since 2020 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-32508-haiti-flash-fifa-puts-the-haitian-football-federation-under-supervision.html ) chose the Hispano-Argentinian specialist Gabriel Calderon Pellegrino.

Aged 36, Calderon holds a position of High Performance Coach within FIFA and in this capacity, he has contributed to the analysis of 57 Federations with a view to developing performance reports on the football ecosystem at both youth and senior level.

During his mandate in Haiti, which begins this month, Calderon's mission consists of :

1 - Supervise the National Technical Department;

2 - Help the National Technical Director to organize his staff;

3 - Advise the FHF in all football aspects, all categories combined;

4 - Set up, together with the National Technical Department, a certification program for trainers for the next 6 months;

5 - Perform the classification of coaches with prerequisites in D1, D2, League, Football School or youth football;

6 - Sharing of information on all FIFA activities in this area;

7- Provide information on a regular basis when revisions are made to football regulations.

No information on the length of his term, but it should last long enough to allow him to reorganize the national football.
