Haiti - Justice : 3rd burglary of the year at the TPI of Port-au-Prince 08/06/2022 09:30:04
Me Jacques Lafontant, the Government Commissioner of Port-au-Prince denounced a new burglary at the Court of First Instance (TPI) of Port-au-Prince (the 3rd since the beginning of the year). In the night of May 30, heavily armed individuals robbed and vandalized the office of the Government Commissioner, Me Jacques Lafontant as well as the offices of the investigating judges Jean Wilner Morin, Ikenson Edumé and stole various equipment. Me Lafontant clarified that no sensitive files had been stolen, they were in another safe place.
