Haiti - Faculty of Medicine : Graduation ceremony for 133 new doctors

133 students graduating from the François Wilder promotion, having successfully completed their medical studies, received their diploma and took the Hippocratic oath, the final step for these new doctors, in the presence in particular of the new Dean Dr. Bernard Pierre, the Vice Dean Dr. Marc-Félix and representatives of the rectorate, during a ceremony organized at the Marriott Hotel by the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy (FMP) of the State University of Haiti (UEH)

Professor Bernard Pierre said he was honored to participate in his first graduation ceremony and urged these young doctors to practice medicine with passion and integrity.

Dr. Agabus Joseph, sponsor of the promotion, said "Continuing to offer doctors to serve the country in this difficult context proves that the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy has remained faithful to its mission to be at the service of all."

Dr. Yves Gardy Léonard, Dr. Kohlz Erley Saint Jusca, Dr. Rébecca St Louis are the 3 first laureates of the François Wilder promotion

In his speech, Dr. Yves Gardy Léonard, after the usual thanks, invited his peers to remain "good doctors" by bringing honor to society, "by practicing the profession with integrity."
