Haiti - Politic : Parliamentary reactions to the potential candidacy of Garry Conille
The rumor of the possible designation by the Head of State, of Dr. Garry Conille as Prime Minister raises many reactions from parliamentarians, for or against, Garry Conille does not leave indifferent.

In the Senate, Dr. Bastien Kély that maintaining friendly relations with Dr. Garry Conille [old friend of the medical faculty] believe that this candidacy could end the political crisis. According to him, Dr. Conille is very knowledgeable and fluent in institutional relations, in addition he specific hat the fact that Garry Conille is alien to the political world, this would be an important asset that would foster the dialogue between different sectors...

The Deputy Jean Acklush Louis Jeune (Dame-Marie / Alternative) is much more direct, for him, there is no doubt that "the foreign seem to have given their candidate [...] I do not know him [...] if he's the choice of the President Martelly, this means that the foreign gave him this name, and that it's Clinton who leads Haiti..."

The Senator Mélius Hyppolite of the minority group, although favorable to the President Martelly, expresses some reservations about the profile of the individual. While he admits not knowing who is Dr. Garry Conille,.. He wonders about his ability to well understand the reality of Haiti...

As for Senator Francky Exius, First Secretary of the Senate office, he expects the official decision of the President Martelly before deciding. Wishing only that the candidate's file meets the constitutional requirements. However he also believes that this possible candidacy could have been imposed by the international community, which would according to him, putting pressure on the Head of the State.

Guy Gérard Georges, Deputy of Dorbeck/Chantal (INITE) and First Secretary of the Lower House is more cautious in his statements "The Presidents of the Senate and House of Deputies gave no name, but it is quite natural [...] only the President can do that, for my part I am waiting. All the facts that I advance, I have to prove them and I can not say like that, that it is a person that the international community has imposed. The President of the Republic has the right to choose, if it is the President Martelly who made the choice, I can not say that the choice had been imposed, but since Mr. Martelly has not yet said whom he has chosen, we must expect the choice, and after, we can react in a better way.

Sorel Jacinthe, President Chamber of Deputies maintains the suspense "there are several names and we told the President that we want only one name, however, the President told us to wait until he has terminated with the consultations with all the political blocs in parliament, all political parties in the country [...] I can not say who is good or bad position but the essential is that we we expect a name of President of the Republic..."
