Appointment of an Inspector General of the Embassies of Haiti
Wolf Dubic was appointed, by ministerial decree, Inspector General of Embassies and Consulates of Haiti with the rank of Ambassador. Its mission is, among other things, to establish "reports of dysfunction and bad governance [corruption] in certain Embassies and Consulates of Haiti", specifies the decree. Wolf Dubic has held several positions in public administration. He was chairman of the restructuring commission of the Vehicle Insurance Office against third parties (OAVCT) before being appointed Inspector General of Finance.

Cap-Haitien, insalubrity and ecotourism

Chemical manufacturing training
