Vehicle targeted, 2 dead and 3 injured
Thursday in the town of Cap-Haitien, more precisely in the Morme Rouge locality, unidentified individuals opened fire on an all-terrain vehicle, killing two of the five passengers on board (former FAd'H soldiers) and injuring the 3 others.
Demonstrations : Provisional report 4 dead and 19 injured
Demonstrations from August 22 to 24 against crime, insecurity, high prices of life, inflation, the scarcity of fuel, the devaluation of the Gourdes, and poor governance left at least four dead and 19 injured (provisional report ) in various departments of the country, denounced the Collective Defenders Plus. The organization defending human rights deplored the deaths that occurred in the capital and the city of Les Cayes (South), in addition to the injured in Port-au-Prince, Petit-Goâve (West), Jacmel (South-East) and Les Cayes.
