For lack of fuel, the dairies will close
The Peasant Associations of Breeders and Milk Producers warn of the closure of dairies in the country due to the fuel crisis. They claim that this sector weighs more than 400 million US dollars in the economy and demand an urgent solution to the crisis.

New judicial year on a background of crisis
Monday, October 3rd opening against the background of the crisis of the new judicial year without any official ceremony. The Ministry of Justice made no address to the elements of the judicial system. Ouanaminthe : demonstration in front of the Dominican Consulate
Tires were set on fire in front of the Dominican consulate (closed) in Ouanaminthe. Haitians are asking for the reopening of the Consulate and the sale of visas as well as a reduction in prices deemed too high... The Police quickly intervened to disperse the demonstrators. No major incidents were reported.

Taiwan : 980 women have already received vocational training
Monday, October 3, 2022, as part of the Economic Recovery and Women's Empowerment project in Haiti. Wen-Jiann Ku the Ambassador of Taiwan (Republic of China) and Dr.Sofia Loréus the Minister for the Status of Women co-chaired the launching ceremony of the second training session. This two-week training will benefit to 80 participants in search of knowledge and professional skills in the field of pastry/cooking. Since the implementation of this training program last month, 980 women have already received professional training in cosmetology, computer science and coaching.
