Situation and progression of cholera in Haiti as of October 28, 2022 according to data from the Department of Epidemiology, Laboratories and Research of the Ministry of Public Health (latest data available):

October 28: (First confirmed case October 2, 2022)
Total suspected cases since October 2 (including the national penitentiary): 2,993 cases + 604 cases + 25.28% in 4 days (previous: +146 suspected cases in 24 hours)
Anyone with acute watery, profuse diarrhea with or without vomiting and dehydration

Total confirmed cases since October 2 (including the national penitentiary): 324 cases +104 cases (+47.27% in 4 days, previous: 220 cases)
Any suspect or probable case with a positive culture for “Vibrio cholerae”

Total suspected cases currently hospitalized: 2,523 cases +994 (+65.0% in 4 days, previous: 1,529 hospitalized)

Total institutional deaths since October 2 (including the national penitentiary): 56 deaths + 12 (+ 21.4% in 4 days, previous: 44 deaths)
