GLOBAL SITUATION 2019-2022:
Thursday, November 10, 2022, the number of people infected worldwide with the Covid-19 coronavirus and its variants since the start of the pandemic (March 11, 2020) amounts to 638,990,344 cases (+526,634 in 24h), preceding (+363,892 in 24h)

*Healings: 618,694,306 people have been cured of Covid-19 worldwide (+361,180 in 24 hours), previous (+352,071 in 24 hours)
*Deaths: 6,610,377 people have died of Covid-19 worldwide since the start of the pandemic (+2,190 in 24 hours), previous (+1,065 in 24 hours)
*Active cases (minus deaths and recoveries) in the world is currently 13,685,661 cases (+163,264 in 24 hours), previous (-10,756 in 24 hours)

HAITI:
Due to the climate of violence, insecurity for field staff and the lack of fuel in Haiti, the Ministry of Health has decided to publish weekly reports, called epidemiological weeks, instead of daily reports, including we publish the essential data.

Epidemiological Week (SE) 42 from October 16 to 22 (last SE available):

Tests carried out: 222,541 cumulative (+232 in 7 days or 3.3 daily tests on average per department). The number of tests carried out for the whole of the national territory is statistically insufficient to be representative of the real health situation, which results in a number of confirmed cases that is largely underestimated in the opinion of specialists in the health (WHO, PAHO among others….

Deaths: 860 cumulative (+3 in 7 days)

Vaccination:
396,414 Haitians (3.41% of the population) have received a 1st dose of vaccine since July 16, 2021, the date of the first injection through 149 open vaccination centers and 235,288 Haitians are fully vaccinated (2 doses, 2.02% of the population).
