"I present my congratulations to the Prime Minister designate Garry Conille who spent the first step. It's a victory, not for me as Michel Martelly, as if it were my success or thanks to me, no, no, no, it's a victory for Haiti. We have a Prime Minister who is happy, for sure but just as I said, when I was elected, the victory is not that day, is the beginning of work. Now he must do more work, in the same way I did it for education.
