Child kidnapper arrested
Charles François was arrested by the Port-au-Prince Police for his involvement in the kidnapping of a 6-year-old child in Port-au-Prince, whom he then sequestered in Les Cayes, in the custody of a woman who he claims was his grandmother. Complaints against court staff dealt with promptly
