Haiti - FLASH USA : Financial assistance and more, for Haitians accepted into the new Parole program

This assistance includes financial assistance of approximately $400 per month, food stamps and health insurance (Medicare) for 8 months.
According to a letter from the Office of Refugee Resettlement, Cubans and Haitians "who have not acquired any other status under the Immigration and Nationality Act, and for whom a final, nonappealable, and legally enforceable order of removal, deportation, or exclusion has not been entered, are
eligible to receive benefits and services to the same extent as refugees."
Let's recall that on January 5, the Biden administration announced that 30,000 people per month from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela could obtain a residence permit for a period of 2 years with work authorization. For this, the citizens of these four countries must apply online and have a sponsorship (supporter) on American territory.
