The General Administration of Customs looted

The offices of the General Administration of Customs (AGD) located in downtown Port-au-Prince (Bicentenaire, not far from the Primature, and the Parliament) were the object of looting which began over the weekend last and continued until very late Monday, March 6, 2023.

10 doctors kidnapped in 2 months

The Haitian Medical Association (AMH) protests once again against the climate of insecurity, in particular the kidnappings, which strikes the medical profession. This year, from January to March 2023, already 10 doctors have been kidnapped underlines the AMH against a total of twenty in 2022, including 2 killed.

DR : Honor and merit to Violette AC

Towards the establishment of a financial market

Tuesday, March 7, 2023 in Cap-Haitien, as part of preparations for the establishment of the financial market, the Central Bank (BRH) launched training sessions on the Central Securities Depository software for Caisses Popular in the Far North. At the end of these training days, the representatives of the Caisses Populaires will have assimilated the concepts relating to securities account keepers.
