"The vote of the Senate joined and complete that of the lower house of Friday, September 16, 2011, and opens to me the access to the Primature".

The Prime Minister ratified addresses his sincere thanks to the Deputies of people and to the Senators of the Republic and confirms them his determination to work with them to meet the expectations and aspirations of the people and improve their living conditions. Dr. Garry Conille hopes that the relaxation signal sent by the parliamentarians during the ratification will continue during the next sessions of general policy of government.

The Prime Minister ratified took the opportunity to renew his deep gratitude to the President of the Republic, Joseph Michel Martelly, for the choice he made of himself and for the unwavering support that he has given throughout the ratification process.
