The "Speedtest by Ookla" market report for the Second Quarter (Q2) 2023 on the state of mobile and fixed internet networks in Haiti which has just been published, reveals:

Mobile (as of Q2 2023, median):
Download:
Digicel: 10.53 Mbps (-) (fastest download speed in Haiti)
Natcom: 4.69 Mbps (-)

Upload:
Digicel: 6.99 Mbps (-) (fastest upload speed in Haiti)
Natcom: 3.62 Mbps (+)

Median multiserver latency:
Natcom: 62 ms (=) (lowest multi-server latency in Haiti)
Digicel: 98ms (+)

Consistency :
Measuring each carrier's performance consistency, we found that Digicel had the highest consistency in Haiti during Q2 2023, with 63% of results showing at least a minimum download speed of 5 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 1 Mbps. For Digicel this figure is 63% (-) and 34.9% (-) for Natcom.

Measuring each fixed broadband provider's performance consistency, we found that SpaceX Starlink had the highest consistency in Haiti during Q2 2023, with 70.3% of results showing at least a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps.
