Thursday October 26, 2023, as part of the qualifications for the first edition of the Gold Cup W 2024, from the Confederation of North America, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF) zone, our Grenadières in the Group C faced the "Sugar Girls" of St Kitts & Nevis in Basseterre on the lawn of Warner Park Stadium.

Our Grenadières imposed themselves without difficulty on the "Sugar Girls" of St Kitts & Nevis, visibly overwhelmed by the events against a team which outclassed them, helpless, conceding 11 goals including a quintuple from Melchie Daelle Dumornay alias "Corventina", a hat-trick from Nerilia Mondesir aka "Nerigol" and three other goals scored by Kethna Louis, Roselord Borgella and Darlina Florsie Joseph.

At half-time, our Grenadières were leading [8-0] against the “Sugar Girls” who watched helplessly as our girls played, of which they were the victims…

#1 Haiti 6 points +12 (2 match)

The Grenadières thus regain first place in group C with 6 pts + 12.2m ahead of the Costa Ricans 3 pts +10.2m and St Kitts & Nevis (0 pts - 22.2m).

Return match (Haiti-St Kitts & Nevis) Monday October 30, 2023 in Basseterre on the pitch at Warner Park Stadium.

Return match Haiti - Costa Rica on November 30, 2023 in San Jose, last group match which could be decisive.

Remember that if our Grenadières finish first in Group C, they will be qualified directly for the Gold Cup which will take place from February 20 to March 10, 2024 in the United States.
