The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Religious Affairs (MAEC), Laurent Lamothe, address, on behalf of the Government of Haiti, his warmest congratulations to the President of Argentina, Ms. Cristina Fernández Kirchner, on the occasion of her re-election in the first round of vote on Sunday, October 23, 2011.

The Chancellery of the Republic of Haiti took the opportunity to renew to the Argentine authorities the firm commitment of the Administration Martelly-Conille, to strengthen the diplomatic ties between the two countries and include the bilateral cooperation of these states in the new vision advocated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Chancellor Lamothe, determined to transform the traditional diplomacy in an economic diplomacy and of sustainable investment for Haiti, commits to revitalize and modernize the sector for the benefit of the higher interests of the country.
