Haiti - FLASH : The metropolitan area under attacks 01/03/2024 07:54:59
In a panic wind, thousands of people tried to return to their homes and others fled their neighborhoods in search of safer areas amid the confusion and chaos. Barricades were reported in different neighborhoods in the metropolitan area of the capital, Port-au-Prince, Delmas 6 was completely blocked. The bandits ransacked, looted and set fire to the sub-police station as well as an armored vehicle located there Armed individuals attacked the Faculty of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine of the State University of Haiti (UEH) in Damien, which they vandalized and looted, a student was shot in the ear Members of the "Kraze Barye" gang led by Vitel'Homme Innocent attacked the premises of the Police Academy around 2 a.m. by destroying part of the fence wall giving access to the Academy's shooting range with heavy machinery.
