Rodaille Monday, the spokesperson for the National Awakening for the Sovereignty of Haiti (Réveil National pour la Souveraineté d’Haïti- RNSH) party, led by the former elected senator and former rebel leader Guy Philippe, during the presentation of a crisis exit document, claimed all the actions of the gangs which he presented as rebels against the system in place.

According to this document, this Transition Council will be composed of:

Guy Philippe, as Acting President

Me Durin Duret Junior, member (judge at the court of appeal)

Ms. Françoise Saint-Vil Villier (religious sector)

The main mission of this council will be to guarantee the free movement of citizens, goods and services and to appoint a Prime Minister and a ministerial cabinet by consensus. This transition is expected to last 18 months.
