Haiti - FLASH : Denial of the Presidency on the remobilization of FAD'H
The President Michel Martelly finds that individuals make circulate on Internet a "decree remobilizing the military component of the public force." There is no doubt that the authors of this trac clearly trying to cause trouble within the population.

The President Michel Joseph Martelly, wishes to clarify that he never took any decision authorizing the remobilization of the Armed Forces of Haiti. So he asks to the Haitian people to not cede to the manipulations of any sector.

The President of the Republic, while reiterating its determination, in accordance with the Haitian Constitution, to provide the country with an armed force, calls upon all citizens in general and those interested in the issue in particular, to remain calm. On November 18, 2011, the Presidency will officially inform the nation of provisions adopted within the framework of the establishment of the new public security force.
