Concerning the financing of this work, which has the support of regional agricultural organizations, as well as the Departmental Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture among others, the members of the committee in charge of the project encourage the solidarity of Haitians living abroad as well as residents of different regions of the country. Members of the diaspora have already responded to this appeal by donating 1,000 bags of cement and two tons of iron which will allow the work to begin.
