Considering the Decree of May 17, 2005 revising the General Statute of the Civil Service ;

Considering the Decree of April 10, 2024 creating the Presidential Transitional Council ;

Considering the Order of April 16, 2024 appointing the members of the Presidential Transitional Council ;

Considering the Decree of May 23, 2024 determining the organization and mode of operation of the Presidential Transitional Council ;

Considering the Decree of May 28, 2024 appointing the Prime Minister ;

Considering that it is necessary to appoint the members of the Ministerial Cabinet;

Article 1.-

The Citizen Garry CONILLE is appointed Minister of the Interior and Territorial Communities;

The Citizen Dominique DUPUY is appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and Religious Affairs;

The Citizen Dominique DUPUY is appointed Minister of Haitians Living Abroad;

The Citizen Ketleen FLORESTAL is appointed Minister of Economy and Finance;
