As every year, the British consulting firm "Henley & Partners" has published its ranking for the year 2024 for 227 destinations based on data from the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

The Visa Restrictions Index of the "Henley Passport Index 2024" is an index that ranks passports, among other things according to the number of destination countries without the need to apply for a prior visa.

According to the index, the Haitian Passport still ranks last among Caribbean countries as in 2023 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-41358-haiti-flash-the-haitian-passport-allows-access-to-only-19-destinations-without-any-visa-list.html and allows access to 53 countries in the world including 20 countries (+1) without any visa. Haiti ranks 86th in the world and moves up 2 places compared to the previous year "tied" with Cambodia, the Central African Republic and Chad.

In the Caribbean region, Haiti ranks last as in 2023). Haiti's passport is the most limited, allowing access WITHOUT any visa in the Caribbean to only 3 countries : Barbados, Dominica and Grenada.
