The Consulate of Haiti in Orlando informs the Haitian Community that Nedgie Phanord Jean Baptiste is the new Consul and that she is open to all suggestions for a better policy of proximity with the Haitian Community. CEP Representatives : Deadline The Presidential Transitional Council (CPT) informs that it continues to work tirelessly and that the announced deadline of August 28, 2024, to complete the process of designating the persons to be part of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) will be respected. The CPT takes note of the delay observed in the process of the formation of the CEP caused by disputes made by certain organizations of the same sector and on the other hand, the non-compliance by others with the terms of reference sent to them.
