IOM informs the general public that the link to access the appointment booking for the humanitarian visa is https://cavb-ht.iom.int . The technical team based in Geneva is currently working to facilitate the service. We remind the public to follow the steps carefully. The system will ask you to confirm the chosen date and will then send you a confirmation email indicating that the appointment is finalized for the date in question. Some advice from the IOM : 1- You will need to create an account with a valid and personal email address; 2- Personal information will be requested to make the appointment. We encourage the applicant to make an appointment directly; 3- You will receive information by email. Please make sure to follow it to finalize the appointment. Make sure you receive the appointment confirmation; 4- Scheduling an appointment is free.
