Haiti - Politic : Pierre Raymond Dumas new Minister of Culture

According to Senator Joseph Lambert (INITE), Coordinator of the Parliamentary Group for Renewal (GPR) [majority in the Senate], the journalist Pierre Raymond Dumas, will be the next Minister of Culture and Communication, succeeding Mr. Henriquez who passed away recently due to illness.
The senator declared Friday, that after a review of several candidates, the GRP made a choice consensual and definitive which has received the approval of Head of State by phone [from Caracas where the President Martelly participated to the Summit of Heads of State and Government of the « Community of Latin American and Caribbean States] "The decision is taken and is final. The coordination and the parliamentarians of INITE have turned their choice on Mr. Pierre-Raymond Dumas."
