The Visa Application Center for Brazil (CAVB) in Haiti operated by the International Organization for Migration (IOM - Haiti) reminds in a note that for family reunification visas "the email address bvachaiti@iom.int must be used ONLY to receive the required DOCUMENTS from Brazil due to the current situation in the country. https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-44064-haiti-flash-brazil-family-reunification-important-information.html . Do not submit a manual request to this email.

Do not send other documents, such as extracts from archives. We cannot verify these documents directly online;

The documents to be sent are those issued only in Brazil in PDF format. Notaries (cartórios) must provide digital legalization directly online. You must apply for assinatura eletrônica / assinatura digital.

Due to the current situation in Haiti, the number of applications is high and our resources are limited.

We invite you to carefully review the list of required documents on in order to verify that your file is complete BEFORE submitting your application.
