Sauveur Pierre Étienne, Coordinator General of the Organization of People in Struggle (OPL), also reacting to the statements of Prime Minister, Dr. Garry Conille on the possible presentation this week of the roadmap of the Government, presenting the projects and programs for the next 12 months, indicated that at the time of the presentation of his general policy he did not have a clear vision of the governmental action.

"Us at the OPL we noted that the Prime Minister did not have a clear vision of the governmental action and our senators had openly criticized his policy statement, so he realized that and he decided to sit around a table with some sector to try to develop a strategy, that simply means that he did not have one, at the time of his general policy."

s the leader of GREH, Himmler Rébu, Mr. Pierre Étienne indicates that the OPL was not consulted in view of the development of this plan "the Organization of People in Struggle has not yet be contacted, perhaps he has already sat down with certain sector and has not found it necessary to contact us" however Sauveur Pierre Étienne indicates that the OPL remains open "...we remain open because the country does not belong only to the Prime Minister and the President of the Republic, it belongs to all Haitian both from inside that of the diaspora. The OPL is still open and we remain ready to discuss if it's question of vision, if we must contribute to the development of a strategy to modernize the political, economic, social and cultural life of Haiti, the OPL is ready, the OPL is determined to give a boost to the leaders [...]"
