Tragedy at the SWAT Base in Kenscoff

On Tuesday, August 19, 2025, an accident occurred at the SWAT base in Kenscoff when a transported kamikaze drone exploded for unknown reasons, killing two officers from the Haitian National Police Intervention Group (GIPNH/SWAT) SWAT Unit and injuring six people, two of them seriously. Significant emergency resources were mobilized to assist the injured. Upon receiving the notification, members of the Haitian National Police High Command simultaneously visited the scene and the hospitalized victims. An investigation is underway to determine the circumstances surrounding this tragedy.

Doctorate : Clarification from ISSEPJ University
