Defense Minister Jean Michel Moïse announced the order of new heavy armored vehicles intended to strengthen the operational capabilities of the Haitian Armed Forces (FAd'H). For the first time, in addition to armored personnel carriers, the Minister mentioned "armored combat vehicles". New CEP Board On Monday the 13th, Jacques Desrosiers, representing journalists' associations, was installed as President of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) Board. Jaccéus Joseph, representing farmers' associations, was appointed Vice President; Peterson Pierre Louis, representing Reformed faiths, was appointed Secretary General; and Nemrod Sanon, representing unions, was appointed Treasurer.
