As part of his mission in France, Laurent Lamothe, the Minister of Foreign Affairs accompanied by Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin, the Minister of Tourism, Wilson Laleau, the Minister of Trade and Industry, as well as Jude Hervé Day, the Minister of Planning and External Cooperation will meet the Haitian community, tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 25 at the Bourse du Travail of Saint-Denis, 9-11 of the street Génin.

At the meeting, Mr. Mackendie Toupuissant, President of the Platform of Associations Franco-Haitian (PAFHA) will present the Haitian of France of its network and should intervene on the following topics :

• The participation of the diaspora to the development of Haiti, the use of skills ;

• The creation of a venture capital structure to allow the diaspora to invest and to Haiti to achieve its infrastructure projects ;

• Dual nationality ;

• The voting rights of Haitians living abroad and its organization ;

• The administrative difficulties, such as birth certificate, extracts the archive, etc...
