TPS : A12 and C19 Authorizations No Longer Valid

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has confirmed the end of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) granted to Haitian nationals in the United States. In an update published Wednesday, July 29, 2026, on the E-Verify platform, U.S. authorities indicated that TPS for Haitian nationals has officially ended, also specifying that work authorizations under categories A12 and C19 are no longer valid. USCIS also reminds U.S. businesses and employers that Haitian beneficiaries of this status are no longer authorized to work in the United States.
