Haiti - Politic : The President Martelly met in Dublin, Irish Prime Minister Enda Kenny
After his participation in the meeting of Davos Forumw which ends Sunday, our indefatigable President Martelly went this Friday, January 27 in Dublin, Ireland where he met with Irish Prime Minister, Mr. Enda Kenny, to discuss bilateral cooperation between Ireland and Haiti and the expansion of technical cooperation.

Irish Prime Minister has offered technical assistance for foreign direct investment through the Investment Facilitation Center (CFI), to help formalize a strategy for Haiti in order to take this path. Through this cooperation, the Irish Government plans to send to Haiti a team of experts to work with the staff of the CFI.

In addition, the two leaders discussed of an additional technical assistance in the field of food processing, a sector with strong growth potential in Haiti. The Irish Government will also send experts to work with the Haitian private sector in this vital industry, which will help create thousands of jobs in Haiti.

Then, the President Martelly will visit the city of Dublin to participate in the "Week Haiti" which ends tomorrow, Saturday, January 28, an initiative of the organization Haven. This event, the first of its kind in Ireland, aims to bring together the business community, of arts and music o raise awareness to raise awareness around Haiti and to highlight the many links between Ireland and Haiti.
