David Badia traveled to Haiti for his official presentation. He spoke about his mission, his playing philosophy, his objectives, and the changes he plans to implement. "My goal and my mission are to continue to grow this team and maintain it at its current level. We are at a good level today, but we know that this is not enough. We must develop the identity of the national team, while continuing to move forward and progress," he said.

Badia expressed his intention to build a team capable of retaining possession for as long as possible. He emphasized his commitment to attractive, attacking football, stressing the importance of being proactive both with and without the ball. Confident in his players' abilities, he is convinced they will meet his expectations.

"Arriving by car, I was struck by the number of people wearing the national team jersey in the streets. I was surprised to see so many fans sporting the team's colors, even though it wasn't match day. This demonstrates the immense passion the people have for their national team. I greatly appreciate this fervor."

The new coach believes the Grenadiers possess the necessary qualities to meet his demands. He intends to rely particularly on their ability to play with intensity and to implement the principles he wishes to instill.

Badia also announced his intention to gradually rejuvenate the squad, while avoiding an immediate overhaul of the current roster. "We will rejuvenate the national team, but it will be done step by step [...]" he said. He plans to maintain the current core of the team while progressively integrating new players capable of raising its level. "The main group will continue. I have confidence in this group, and we will add new players to raise the level of play. I am not setting any limits. The door is open to new players, whether they play in Haiti or abroad," Badia concluded.
