Haiti - Justice : Gaillot Dorsinvil will be heard tomorrow by the judge Yves Altidor

Me Jean Renel Sénatus, the Government Commissioner has confirmed, that Gaillot Dorsinvil, former President of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) will be heard tomorrow Wednesday in Port au Prince, in the office of investigating judge Yves Altidor. The Commissioner recalled that Gaillot Dorsinvil is the subject of several complaints that he found admissible, noting that beyond Mr. Dorsinvil, they are all members of the former CEP which are concerned.

Accused of bribery, corruption and collusion of public officials, conspiracy and crime against the Constitution, Gaillot Dorsinvil also is accused of violation of political rights, by Jean Henry Céant and Yves Cristallin, former presidential candidates.

However, several wondered if Dorsinvil Gaillot and the members of the CEP, will eventually be judged, noting that many foreign dignitaries and community leaders, former candidates and former directors in office today have everything to lose if this matter was brought before the courts, and that they could use all their influence to ensure that this matter does not end.
