This will be a one-day visit, then the Mexican President will leave in the evening for the Summit of the Americas. The President Martelly will also travel to the summit Friday. We know that this is one of the biggest event of the Americas. All the Presidents of the regions participate, including U.S. President Barack Obama. This will be an opportunity again for Haiti, to work with partners to continue to promote the country on behalf of the people and to explain to our international partners what are the priorities of the day [... ] This is a historic visit, Haiti can benefit a lot of it [...] we can learn much of Mexico. We remain very confident, we have a delegation of Mexican businessmen that will be there as part of the Business diplomacy and of development, we see that our efforts are bearing fruit [...] we rely on the cooperation of all for the visit of President Felipe Calderón is a total success [...] concretely economic benefits of this visit represents at least $20 million for the country.
