Haiti - Politic : René Préval and a senator would have falsified the Constitution

René Préval and a senator would have falsified the text of the amendment of the Constitution, it is what affirmed Sunday the professor Sauveur Pierre Etienne, National Coordinator of OPL on a radio of the capital.

Being careful not to reveal the name of Senator complicit in this falsification, the Coordinator of OPL stressed that the former President Préval had many friends in the Senate, citing among other the senators Jocelerme Privert and Joseph Lambert, who according to him, could shed light on this falsification.

The Professor Étienne who is against the promulgation of the amended Constitution, urged the Chief of State to be cautious, stating that "Some of his close may wish his fall," and that by taking this decision, it will be equal "to his resignation" recalling that according to the law, the Constitution does not enter into in force during the reign of the President who promulgates it.
