Haiti - Justice : Warrant of arrest against the former Mayor of Port-au-Prince ?

Following the fire of Port Market, Monday morning, Me Jean Renel Senatus, the Government Commissioner had sent for hearing on this case, an invitation to appear, to the former Mayor of Port-au-Prince, Muscadin Jean Yves Jason.
Me Newton Saint-Juste, the lawyer of former Mayor Jason, onfirmed Tuesday the invitation of the prosecution and indicated that he was preparing a request to postpone for a week "It will be difficult to us to respond to the invitation within 24 hours, as the letter of the prosecution came to my client only Tuesday, and that my client had already commitments for an activity on this Wednesday."
