In a statement, the Bars Federation of Haiti (FBH), signed by its President Me Carlos Hercules, the Federation said that it is dismayed by the drift of the Superior Council of Judicial Power (CSPJ) regarding the designation "sneaky" of the 3 members to represent the Permanent Electoral Council (CEP) "This is a drift out of all proportion."

The FBH, who support the process of contestation of four members of CSPJ, asks once again, to Me Arnel Alexis, President of CSPJ, to resume the process of deliberation of representatives of Judicial Power and threatens to withdraw its representative of CSPJ [Me Néhémie Joseph], in the case where "Me Anel Alexis Joseph, would not withdraw the judicial institution of the situation in which it is since this inappropriate choice..."

Moreover, FBH denounces, of acts of intimidation whose Me Néhémie Joseph would be subject by the Government commissioners near the Courts of First Instance of the country.
