For that the country can face the many challenges caused by the reconstruction, the President Martelly asked the Head of the Government to adopt all measures to attract and encourage private investment both domestic and international. "I renew my determination to continue the policy of dialogue and of consensus building, especially as the political situation stabilizes every day. Gradually, the institutions are being consolidated as evidenced the entry into force of the amended Constitution, the formation of the Superior Council of Judicial Power, and approaches that are underway for the establishment of the Permanent Electoral Council. And it is clear that security conditions are improving," delcared the President Martelly. For his part, the Prime Minister, has expressed his desire to see a large portion of portfolio of international assistance allocated to electricity. "Power represents an test of success for my Government." The IDB President, considered, for his part, that it is necessary to take a break to found what was carried out by the dministration Martelly-Lamothe in such a short time. Mr. Moreno congratulated the President of Haiti for his clear interest for education and hoped that the Program of Universal Schooling Free and Compulsory (PSUGO) can continue to make its way "The IDB will make every effort to support the various ministries in their work and try to reach other partner institutions in order to make them aware further of the necessity to support the Government of Haiti," added the President Moreno whose the banking institution has an active portfolio of more than $800 million in Haiti.
