It must [the Executive] signify us, and once signified on our side, we have constitutional processes to make on our side, because Article 192 says what needs to be done so that each power be represented and sending its representative in the Council. If the President as Chief of the Executive Power has done its job, that the CSPJ has done its job, both gave 6 members and they say that it is Parliament that they expect. The parliament will make known its position after we had the next Conference of Presidents to the extraordinary which is scheduled for tomorrow morning [Friday] and after it, we will know the position of the Senators and at that time, there are probabilities that we convene the National Assembly in the shortest time, so that we consider and rule on the question of the Permanent Electoral Council in accordance with Article 192.
