Wednesday, September 26, 2012, within the framework of the 67th Ordinary Session of the General Assembly, the President Michel Martelly, who intervened at the United Nations Headquarters, has invited the people to discuss of real exchanges in order to stop the endless conflicts.

His speech, which is the expression of his contribution and that of Haiti to the debate, which annually brings together the nations of the world, has been strongly welcomed. The Head of State stressed the need necessity of a more preventive mission of United Nations to prevent international disputes and advocated the necessity of an international dialogue, as the sole means to establish peace in the world and defined the essence of the Haitian dream, as the opportunity that must be given to every man and woman to live in peace and to raise their children in dignity.
